YES. All our chemicals are safe for Children and Pets. With any spray treatment if treating the inside it may involve a vacating period depending on which treatment is being done. Ask when booking if you are required to vacate. Rodent treatments do not require a vacating period
The treatment will last for up to 12 months and we offer a 3 to 6 month Warranty on these treatments.
You don’t need to remove your pets as we can work with you to arrange for them to be away from the area we are treating. Fish tanks and bird cages should be covered with a sheet, towel or Cling Wrap and the pump turned off
If you are having a rodent treatment, you do not need to do anything. If you are having a general pest treatment you should put all food items away, including cookware, crockery and cutlery. Outside, all clothes should be removed from the clothes line, all windows closed and pet bowls emptied and turned over. We also ask if you can please pick up any dog droppings to avoid us stepping in them or it getting on our equipment. For a general pest treatment the more furniture you move away from the walls the better the treatment will be.The technician will advise if there are any other requirements on the day.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa,Mastercard, American Express), Cash, EFT or account if arrange prior to treatments. We also now offer Zip pay which is a interest free payment plan.
First things first do not panic. Do not spray them with anything as this will cause them to close off that area and move elsewhere making it harder to locate them. Best thing to do is to not disturb them anymore than you have. If possible cover the area with duct tape or masking tape and call us immediately. The quicker this is actioned the better off your home will be. Remember DO NOT SPRAY THEM!!!
Yes. All our Termite treatments are completely safe as we use the best Termiticides on the market and all the chemicals are in the soil and not airborne.
We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations with more than 48-hours notice before the scheduled appointment time can be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.
Failure to re-book or if you cancel the appointment with less than 48-hours notice a cancellation fee of $80.00 will be incurred.
